Refunds for mobile app purchases are handled by Apple or Google. Hiya cannot request refunds or payment adjustments.
Refund on iPhone
Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in
Select "Request a refund"
Choose your reason and select the appropriate app purchase
Refund on Android
Open the Google Play Store
Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history
Find the appropriate app charge and tap Report a problem
